Orders & Payments

Placing an order is simple. Browse our collection of Cotton Bed Sheets, Fitted Bed Sheets, Luxury Bed Sheets, or Printed Bed Sheets, select your preferred product, choose your size and quantity, and click "Add to Cart". Proceed to checkout, fill in your shipping details, select your payment method, and confirm your order. You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely through our third-party payment providers. We do not store your card details. Please note that Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for European and international orders.

You can cancel or modify your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched. To request a modification or cancellation, please contact us immediately at info@asvarastudio.store or call +351 920 478 433 with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

Yes. Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order number, a summary of the items purchased, and your shipping details. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see it in your inbox. If you still have not received a confirmation within 30 minutes, please contact us.

Absolutely. Our website uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to protect all data transmitted during your visit and purchase. Payments are processed through trusted and certified third-party payment gateways. We never store your card information on our servers.

Yes. If you have a valid discount or promotional code, you can enter it at the checkout page before completing your payment. Only one discount code can be applied per order unless otherwise stated. Promotional codes are valid for a limited time and may be subject to specific terms and conditions.

Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across all major European countries including Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Luxembourg, United Kingdom, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, and more. We offer the following shipping rates:

  • Free Shipping on all orders above €199 to most European destinations.
  • Standard Shipping starts from €10 for orders below €199.
  • Express Shipping is available for €15–€25 depending on your region.
  • International / Remote Destinations — flat rate of €30–€50.

Estimated delivery times vary by location:

  • Germany, France, Netherlands: 3–5 business days
  • UK, Belgium, Austria, Luxembourg: 4–6 business days
  • Spain, Italy, Portugal: 5–7 business days
  • Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary: 5–7 business days
  • Scandinavia: 6–8 business days
  • Balkans & Eastern Europe: 7–10 business days

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days before dispatch.

We work with Europe's most trusted courier partners to deliver your order safely and on time. Depending on your location, your order will be shipped via DHL, DPD, GLS, PostNL, or a local courier partner. The specific courier used will be confirmed in your shipping confirmation email along with your tracking number.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your parcel on the courier's website. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@asvarastudio.store.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to high order volumes, public holidays, extreme weather, customs clearance, or courier issues. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please first check your tracking link. If there is no update for more than 5 business days, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf.

Yes. Express delivery is available across most European locations for an additional fee of €15–€25 depending on your region. Express orders are prioritised and typically delivered within 1–3 business days. You can select express delivery at checkout if it is available for your location.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached and original packaging intact. Items that have been used, washed, or damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Email us at info@asvarastudio.store within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Step 2: Include your order number and reason for return.
  • Step 3: Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions.
  • Step 4: Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided.
  • Step 5: Share the return tracking number with us via email.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear in your account. The minimum total refund time is 15 days and the maximum is 30 days from the date we receive your return.

If the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Asvara Studio will cover the full return shipping cost. If you are returning an item due to a change of mind or personal preference, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.

We are sorry to hear that. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@asvarastudio.store. Please provide your order number, clear photographs of the damaged item, and a brief description of the issue. We will arrange a free return and offer you a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

Yes. We offer exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, as well as size or design changes within 30 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is unavailable, we will offer a full refund or store credit. Please contact us to initiate an exchange request.

We make every effort to display product colours as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear slightly different on your screen due to variations in monitor settings, screen resolution, and display calibration. We cannot guarantee that your device's display perfectly reflects the true colour of the product. If you have any questions about a specific product colour, please contact us before placing your order.

To keep your bed sheets in the best condition, we recommend the following care tips:

  • Wash at 30–40°C with a gentle detergent.
  • Avoid using bleach or harsh chemicals.
  • Tumble dry on a low heat setting or air dry.
  • Iron on a medium heat setting if required.
  • Do not dry clean unless the care label specifies otherwise.

Yes. Our bed sheets are available in a range of standard sizes to fit most mattresses, including Single, Double, Queen, and King sizes. Available sizes for each product are listed on the individual product pages. If you need help choosing the right size, please contact our team and we will be happy to assist.

Our cotton bed sheets are made from natural, breathable fabrics that are generally gentle on sensitive skin. However, individual sensitivities vary. If you have specific skin concerns or allergies, we recommend reviewing the product material details on the product page or contacting us for more information before purchasing.

Account & Privacy

No. You can place an order as a guest without creating an account. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders, view your order history, save your shipping details for faster checkout, and manage your preferences. You can register an account on our website at any time.

We collect and use your personal data solely to process and fulfil your orders, send order updates and tracking information, provide customer support, and improve our services.
